Salvador Chacon started Chacon Masonry on Lake Martin in 2010 with a trowel, a hammer, and a way of working stone he'd spent years perfecting. Sixteen years on, we're still doing it his way.
Our story
Built slow, on purpose.
In an industry obsessed with speed, we move at the pace the stone demands. A wall built in a week looks like it. A wall built in a month looks like it could have always been there.
The work speaks for itself — thick mortar joints, clean lines, stone that fits tight enough to last decades. What you see at walkthrough is what you get, because nothing gets hidden behind paint or filler.
Every project we take on gets the same attention whether it's a small repair or a full outdoor kitchen. That's how we've stayed in business in Alabama for over 15 years — word gets around when the work is done right.
